Can underground water pipe leaks/water pipes in underground passages be detected?

No. If the pipe is buried under soil or concrete, the ultrasound cannot escape to the surface, so the device will not pick it up. Our detector only senses ultrasound traveling through open air.

It can power on normally, but after startup, there is no signal at all. Is it a device issue? What can the customer do?

Try using the matching ultrasonic transmitter to see if there is a signal. Perform initial tests in a quiet, indoor environment away from background noise.

Is it possible to deteck leaking from heating floor or heating pipe embedded in concrete?

Sorry, EM2268 is unable to detect,It's a low pressure system.
