This lock is built very well. May not fit all disc brake types but I it on a bicycle and a motor cycle and it fit both. This is a nice added safety feature when having to leave your bike or as an addition protection to help keep your stuff from being stolen. Easy to put on and take it off.

For about ten bucks, and something you can store (keep) in a rear bag, how much better can it get? Put this on your front tire, and ain't nobody going nowhere! Very simple, practical device for cheap.

works well on my 98 dwg.Note this only a theft deterent. Very helpful But a detewrmined thief can get your bike, depends on his dedication.So yes I highly recommend this device, it is the start of your protection.

The lock was tiny and very flimsy. It barely was big enough to fit on my rotor . The lock mechanism sounded like it coming apart. Tvere was also a small pinhole in the side covered by a sticker. I assume to unlock it manually if key lost or for when the lock fails. I sent it back.
