Can i use this over a stain i out on?

I don't know if that is recommended, as the walrus oil is a food grade oil meant to put on cutting boards and charcuterie (serving) boards. This oil impregnates raw wood fantastically. The stain may seal the wood and prevent the walrus oil from impregnating. I'm sure you can try it and see what kind of results you get. I would not recommend staining anything that food will come in contact with. Please post the results if you do! - Ken

How long should I wait to apply wax over it?

Depending on the temperature, I wait about 18hrs.

Where can I find gray or grey colors?

I am unclear as to the question, but if you are asking if the Walrus Oil is available in a gray? Not to my knowledge.

How many washes until it fades ?

If a board is washed daily, it will need to be reapplied with oil every 1 - 2 months.
