Time consuming clip and tie on, not quick easy elastic.
When I bought these I was under the impression they were exactly like the never wet covers I had purchased from walmart. Nope. The ones at Walmart have elastic bottoms and are very easy and quick to put on and take off. These have ties and clips and are a pain in the rear to put on and take off. Not a quick process which is very disappointing.
