I bought this gift for my 3 yr old niece. She instantly fell in love with it and was excited that she could speak to me through NuNu. We loaded the batteries and went to add the app on our cell phones. To our great disappointment WE COULDN'T FIND THE APP the company closed but Amazon is still selling the product. It was disheartening to tell my niece the toy wasn't going to wake up or wasn't working. Lesson learned on my part

Wow, it only took a year and a half for them to respond to the first review, and only a year after my kids no longer wanted to use the product! Stay away folks, these are a pain to setup, frequently loose connection, and tech support is nonexistent. Literally, took 2 weeks off starting Christmas (I called daily, so I know)!

Works ok , but price is high for the quility , hard setting up , as well as working correctly with my iPhone . I’d say a 30.00 value would of been what they are worth , overal stuffed animal , kids can throw a text back and forth . But, still over priced ,

We love this! It’s super cute and makes the cutest sounds and has the sweetest voice. Our four year old was a little young to understand how to send messages, but now (5) she is great! It takes a couple of minutes to send and receive messages but that’s understandable. Loved ones just need to download the app and be “invited” to send and receive voice messages.

I got this for my daughter and nephew for Christmas and it has been a disaster. Messages do not delete, so your child will be playing the same messages on repeat. You can't send messages from your phone to your child off of the wifi network that your toy is set up to, it just comes across as an empty message ("message from Mama! then silence). Additionally customer service is horrible. If you return the toy, you have to pay for shipping going back AND they deduct the original cost of shipping it to you as well. Even if the toy doesn't work as promised, you have to pay the shipping cost to return it, leaving you out a significant percentage of your original costs. I've spent several hours trying to get this to work, including taking the entire thing apart and taking photos of the circuit board and sending those to customer service. I've turned our wifi on and off, installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled their app on my phone. Turned my phone on and off. I've exhanged 13 emails with customer service at Toymail over the course of one month. Please just buy a different toy, save yourself the heartache.

Ordered a set for our daughter and granddaughter for Christmas. The shipping was late and customer service was nonexistent, BUT the product is awesome. Our while family has enjoyed using the toy and the app on our phones. Easy to operate and a sweet way to keep our family connected.

It’s a littl tough adding people. I had to remove the batteries a couple times to get it to work. After that it worked great! My 8 year old absolutely loves it!
