Thinner black surround. *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 November 2018* I’ve recently brought about 10 different tempered glass screens for iPhone XR. There were some that only covered the lit part of the screen which left a gap around the edge. This caused me to catch it every time I swiped up. Others with a black edging that were too thick causing it to cover too much of the internal screen. BUT this one is perfect. Edge to edge and a thinner black surround. It’s cost me about £30 to get the right one. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good product, but so very fiddly *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 November 2018* The actual product is very nice and the edges cannot be seen at all now it is on the phone. I like the black around the glass, I think that helps with not being able to see any edge at all. BUT I found the backing very difficult to get off of the glass protector and the backing also off the film for the back of phone. I ended up with dust on the inside of the glass protector that I could not get off and I could not get all of the air bubbles out. I took it off 3 times in all. The last time I tried it without the easy kit in place, it went on perfectly. This is the most trouble I have ever had and I have used protectors on at least 4 iPhones. I am left with about 4 specks of dust inside and although when phone is in use they cannot be seen,I know they are there. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Obscures scratches, looks and feels great *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 November 2019* Recently bought an iPhone XR with light scratches on the screen. I’d read online that putting a screen protector on reduces the visibility of scratches.I was worried about putting a screen protector on this phone because there are lots of edge gestures, so I wanted to find one that goes right to the edges so it doesn’t feel rough when using the gestures.I’m a bit tight so looked for the cheapest one that goes to the edges with decent reviews. I’d misread the listing so I thought there were two in so when only one arrived I was quite worried about mis-installing it.The product was nicely packaged and came with a frame to align the protector as well as several cloths to clean the screen.Installation went well but took patience. It’s not possible to misalign because of the plastic frame (I’ve never used one before and it is such a great idea). I did get bubbles, and I thought I’d messed up installation but after a few minutes of rubbing them with my thumb they went away and have not come back.The screen protector looks great (it doesn’t noticeably change the look of the screen) it feels great, really smooth at the edges and dirt doesn’t stick to it. Light touches register great and it doesn’t feel like I’ve got a screen protector on at all.
