Part 1 - Survey tools This is a tool that you use to produce the questions, send out questions and reminders to the customers, analyse the result and also identify proposed measures. In principle, the software is fully automatic and all you need to do is adjust our proposed questions, adjust an invitation and a reminder and then “paste in” the customers’ email addresses. You yourself can monitor the result on an ongoing basis and, when it is time to analyse the result, you quite simply choose from all of the improvement measures recommended by the software and define the objective to be achieved the following year. You then book a meeting to present the result to the management. Part 2 - Online presentation With Prowike’s online licence, you do not need to spend time producing flashy PowerPoint presentations to show the result. The software does this fully automatically and all you need to do is say what the pictures show and explain why you have chosen the measures recommended by the software. The measures will in turn lead to better customer relations and an increase in sales to new and old customers. The software then automatically sends out login details to the regional and product managers who wish to see their own results. Part 3 - Project site It is very important that all measures decided on are actually implemented. We have therefore developed a project site where you, together with the sales personnel, work with the implementation and where the management can continuously monitor the work. The sales personnel themselves update how far they have come with their measures and the management receive status reports every month showing exactly how far all measures have come.
