Comfortable.
If you sit with your back flush to the back and your head on the rest you'll feel like an astronaut. Your spine will still be the goofy curved thing it has always been, but you'll feel like you should be sitting in one of those seats on a space-shuttle. I gave it a 4 because the wheels don't seem to agree with the wood on my floor and I changed them out for glides.

No happy with options for the price of the chair
The over-all design of this office chair seems pretty sturdy but not happy with the lack of options to make adjusts. I thought I would be able to adjust (up or down) the 'lumbar support' area on the back of the chair--no, it's all one piece with the backing part of the chair. Also, whoever reviews the instructions (I got two separate versions in my box), needs to have better quality assurance reviews. Too small of diagrams to see which way the bolt/screw and washer goes through each section. It's a nice chair but may not for $300+ dollars.

Helps me keep a good posture
I've been using the chair for a couple weeks now and am generally satisfied. Overall, the chair is far better than the $100 Costco chair I was using before. I'm not the most experienced office chair buyer but from my research this seemed like the best deal to me. Good chair for a middle range price. I used to buy cheap and learned that only comes with problems. This chair seems worth the money. It helps me keep good posture which was most important to me. My neck pain has gone away as the chair provides the back support I needed. The lumbar support and head rest are great. The seat keeps me upright in a comfortable position while I work. The downside is the chair fabric. Perhaps I was too used to the soft pleather of my previous chair. The material used seems a little too rough. I will likely purchase a seat cushion to supplement but am first giving it more time to see if I get used to it.

Surprisingly good chair
I needed a good chair for my home office but I live in a hot climate so I like to have the breathability of a mesh chair. I wasn't willing to pay for the name brand chair and I'm pleasantly surprised by this one. I'm 6'4" and this is tall enough for me (just barely) and has good support for all day use. I've only had it for a week so I can't speak to the durability of the materials, but it appears to be well made. I'd recommend it.

I purchased several different ergonomic chairs
This was the best out of 3 chairs i've purchased, in an attempt to find a chair that is not only comfy but supports my back properly. The first two i paid $200 and $300 for because the marketing was good but ultimately they werent that comfortable and my poster was not that good while sitting in them. This was the easiest chair to build (about 10 min) and by far the most comfy. The lumbar support really arches your back and gets you sitting properly. the tilt lock feature is pretty great. Looks good, is well constructed and theres nothing that feels cheap about it. Would buy again and would recommend.

Good office chair, especially for the price
Fairly easy to assemble. Using dor home office. Breathable, great lumbar support. nice movable arm rests. Mesh seat bottom provides good support, slightly less comfortable than expected, but much better than a cushioned bottom. Overall a nice office chair.

Extremely comfortable
The chair is extremely comfortable and supportive. Provides wide range of motion and ability to lock in how far back you recline.

Did not last one year
this chair did not last one year. The hydraulics no longer work and the chair sinks to the lowest level. The chair has squeaked from the very beginning. I am not a big man, 202 pounds. I guess there is a reason that amazon no longer carries this chair. Very dissatisfied.
