Very good overview of naturism

I purchased this book after I went to my first naturist resort. This is a great book for the first timer and while it primarily focuses on the UK, it does give great insight into what to expect, even though I'm in the USA. The book is well laid out and the chapters are rather short, which makes for a quick and easy read. Although it is a short book, it relies on so many different resources and citations that I find this book to be worth it for those. The best point for selling this book is found on pg 31: "If you are ever challenged to give one good reason why perfectly normal people make a habit out of taking off their clothes (and at some point you will), you'll find plenty of juicy reasons here."

One of my favorite books that discusses in-depth about the wonders of Nudism as well as the myths and misconceptions about it.

I began to look into being a naturist about one year ago, and I wish I had been able to have a book like this available to me then. If it was out there then, I didn't find it, but it would have been very helpful.The book covers most of what you need to know about nudism: what it is like, how to behave, what to wear (and what not to, the pitfalls of nudism and many other things. If you are thinking about becoming a naturist, I highly recommend this book. It is also god for us newbies, too!

This is a ideal book for a home nudists who want tried social nudity for first time. I personally never tried social nudity. The authors of this book inspires me to tried it. They also taking a lot fear out trying it for the newcomer. Thanks, it was exactly what I needed.

This book has very informative information nicely packaged in one book. I've had several long-term relationships with women who were also like-minded, and visiting a nudist resort was always something we talked about but never did. So this is now on my bucket list, and I believe this book is a perfect primer to read before doing so.

I would send this to everyone I know, if Santa paid the postage.I like their sense of humor and balanced view.One cannot argue this topic. Some people prefer dark smoky bars.I like sunlight, fresh air and clean water.Buy at least 2 copies and spread the word.

good reading

Now out of date since the introduction of UK Crown Prosecution Guidance directing that naturism without intent to alarm or distress third party onlookers is NOT an illegal activity. Despite that this book is an interesting read mindful that much content is based upon opinions as opposed to proven facts. I would welcome a 2022 update.

This is the sort of book I wished I read back in 2015 when it was first written.It gives a lot of practical down to earth and common sense advice. If you’re considering naturism then it is a must read. If you’ve never considered naturism then I would recommend it. It may get you thinking as to whether you should considering trying naturism.

Have become a naturist in 2018, have skinny dipped and a little nude sunbathing on very quiet beaches in the past, but this year both Sarah and myself, went completely naked most of the holiday on a naturist beach in Greece and really enjoyed it and felt very comfortable with other people, some naked and some not.

Written in an interesting, informing, friendly and disarming style. The front cover picture with a title including Nudism is a bit off-putting for people who might feel a bit threatened by Naturism.
