This product it not meant to lose weight! But as a girl who has an average metabolism, if I eat less then usual I lose weight, if I eat more than usual I gain weight! This definitely helps me maintain weight if I were to eat too much going out to a party dinner or having a midnight snack! I would always take two with water then eat! Really helps! But like I said if you wish to buy this and eat to over eat every meal then it will probably not work

This product works really well for me. I usually eat it before I eat high calories foods. It helps me digest faster than usual, absorb less calories and maintain/gain only a little weight after a big meal. It makes losing weight with exercises easier. I would definitely buy it again when it’s available.

Japanese brand of dietary supplements, it has actual herbs(natural product), this is healthy for you with no additivesBut then again this is based off my research from the internet, because I cannot read Japanese.
