Wyze Cam Mount, Weather Proof 360 Degree Protective Adjustable Indoor and Outdoor Mount Cover Case for Wyze Camera (Black)

I’m continuously amazed at how well the Wyze cam works. For the price, you really can’t beat it. I bought 2 of these, one for front door and one for the back. I didn’t hardwire either, but I mounted them and tucked the cord down the side of the door. The front door is not exposed to rain, but the camera does fine in high wind, freezing temps, and now temps over 100 degrees. The back door camera has a small housing that I ordered and so far has been unaffected by rain, snow, wind and temps.Set up is seamless and takes about 5-10 mins to set up the cam through the app and your WiFi. One of these I’ve had had a hardware issue and had connectivity problems, but the replacement hasn’t had a single issue.I use an SD memory card which captures continuous video and saves for about 5 days then overwrites. The camera automatically captures movement that can be set up according to a perimeter or the entire camera field. The one negative to this is if movement is captured, there is about a 30 second delay until it will capture another clip. The video is continuous capture, but I’m talking about the alerts. Navigating through video can be a little tedious, and the app would benefit from a 15 second back and forward auto scrubber, similar to iPhone video player.I bought this because although our neighborhood is relatively safe, we’ve had some theft of packages and some vandalism. I have a sense of security with this cameras and can check on my property from literally anywhere as long as I have internet access.Mostly, it’s just fun to see the garbage men throw your trash cans in the middle of the street, delivery guys toss your packages like footballs, and dull faced solicitors ring your doorbell as you kindly tell them to take a hike through the cam speaker. Bought this for my outdoor wyze cam. Works great & while im pretty sure its not 100% waterproof, it really holds up well. During bad storms I just throw something over the connections for some added protection. Its been through quite a few storms now & has held out great. Very pleased.

I give this 5 stars all around. Very simple to use and even easier to mount. The wyze camera snaps right into the housing and then you mount it to the wall or ceiling with 3 screws. Cheap and should serve its purpose well.

it came fast as promise and well packed , very easy to install, it came with instruction the camera sit well inn the housing not easy to take back out as soon as I install it put it to the test , it actually it rain that same night and it work perfectly, I recommended 100% looking to buy 4 more for the outside cameras.

Great price, works with the V2 but not with the V3 Wyze cam, not a bad little holder for the price, I recommend this product.

I purchased these for an install I did for a brother from church. My first impression was that it was made from cheap plastic, bit it did fit the camera to the tee. It's been a couple of weeks now and he has not complained about the camera getting wet or not working due to the weather "we've been getting some rain lately" so I guess it does what it's supposed to.

well haven't received the WYZE camera yet and that's why it's not installed. However I'm skeptical about the fit because the box say "For YI Home Camera" (see attached picture of box). I ordered this for a WYZE camera, like the description of this item says it is. We will find out I guess.On a side note it actually says that it's "RIAN-PROOF!" Seriously though, read the features found on the back of the box. I was worried that it might be RAIN proof, phew, close one right?

Handy case for my Wyze Cam! It's been outside in the elements for over a month and the camera has had no issues! It was a quick and easy install.

This is the third camera I’ve Purchased....I love them all.Wyze cameras are so easy to installThe night vision is excellent and so far they are all working perfectly, even the one we installed outside at our front door.

Is a bit overpriced but there is nothing else in the market that fit the housing of the camera.

As far as I know this is the only way to mount a Wyze camera externally at this point (rumors that the outdoor cam is coming.) The cover easily snaps the camera into it, and can be adjusted to point in any direction regardless of being mounted vertically or the side of a wall. I wouldn't call it particularly weatherproof; it doesn't envelop the camera. You really want a decent overhang protecting it against the full force of the elements. And, THIS THING IS CHEAP! The plastic is cheap, the swivel is cheap, mounting plate is cheap... but it does the job and there's nothing like it at this point so 4 stars for a 2 star product.
