I found this mug to be well coated with ceramic unlike other mugs
two mugs I bought had a cheap layer of ceramic and failure was in the base inside the cup and had to be discarded. This mug the ceramic was thick enough to not part showing the clay structure. The sleeve could be thicker to keep fingers a bit more comfortable while carrying this mug. Once coffee cools down some it's not a problem. I like not having a handle.

Very good quality - sturdy - plenty of room
Love this travel mug. Easy to clean and use. Only downside, the lid doesn't seem very tight and could pop off easily. Would buy again. Beautiful designs!

Cannot hold hot liquids
I was looking forward to using this cute mug on my first day back to school/work. I boiled my water in an electric kettle and poured the water into the mug and immediately heard a crack. It cracked on both sides and of course leaked all over the counter. Pretty disappointing.

Beautiful and perfect size
Size is about a medium cofee at mc donalds. Wich is exactly what I was looking for.Plus, the design is very nice. I was worried about the lid for leaking on me when I drink from it but I tried it and it did not leak on my. It's really a beautiful product and I'm happy with my purchase
