I really wanted to like this. The first bottle, the top was cracked and lotion was all over the inside of package. Customer service was great and quickly sent another. But again the pump top was broken and leaking. The pump itself is pretty flimsy but I went ahead and used the lotion on myself from what was left in the bottle and it does moisturize great! Like really great. My skin was silky smooth. But I did not like the smell. It had a musty type smell or something. I gave it 3 stars because the product worked great and customer service was great but the pump easily breaks and arrived twice all over the packaging and not a fan of the smell.

This has been fantastic combatting my daughter's dry skin. Even better are the ingredients and its score of 1 on ewg's list of baby lotion. I've tried a few other top rated baby lotions, but her sensitive skin did not respond well to them as positively as this product has. 4 stars because the pump does not work, regardless of how hard I tried to pry the pump open.

Seems like a pretty decent lotion. I bought it to use with my infant because it's so hard to find lotions that are lacking in fragrances and chemicals. It's a little pricey, but I'd say it's worth it.

Used it only a few times.Used it last night on my hands as they were very very dry.... Unfortunately it didn't help as much as I was hoping, woke up with dry hands.I like the natural ingredients but it also needs to work!Will update if I see better results.

Love this lotion for my baby, my toddler and myself. Been using this product for over a year, and never have any complaints. I have extremely sensitive skin, and this lotion has never given me any issues with irritation or itching like so many other products. The cost per bottle is high compared to other lotions, but is well worth it. One thing I do to stretch out the use of lotion is mix each pump with a little pure aloe when I'm using for myself and I don't need the full moisturizing/thickness of the lotion for legs/arms/body; this also helps with even application as this is a very thick/rich moisturizer.

We really love this lotion! It works wonderfully for my son that has eczema. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the pump did not work which is a pain.

Never tried it returned because no expiration date but could be an excellent product.

This is a good summer time moisturizer. But it doesn't overcome our winter air, she is very dry a few hours after applying this after her bath.
