Surprisingly Good Quality
I was very pleased with the quality of this. The fit of the two parts is very precise and the mouldings are very smooth and clean and free from flash. The tone is good, a little windy but that's typical of plastic flutes. The intonation is pretty much perfect as far as I can tell. The pouch is a nice addition. As others have said, you need to be able to actually play a fife or flute to play this, it's not like a recorder - if you just blow into it it won't make a noise.

I am not sure a fife is ever going to be easy to use! But I am gradually learning how to make a nice noise on it. It is a very convenient size for an instrument and easily carried if you are off for a walk or on some adventure. My guitar does not qualify in that way and my trumpet is usually too loud for nature walks! The deer would have to be deaf to stick around! But I am enjoying this fife and the challenge. So, very happy with this instrument.

Not easy to play it
Let's be honest. Very nice fife. Perfect quality... And so so hard to make it sound. I watched so many videos on YouTube and so far only could make it once to sound right.

The joint could be tighter
Good design, all notes are in tune. The joint is not tight enough. Does anyone know how it can be fixed?

Great little instrument for the price. Excellent for beginners wanting to learn without the big price tag. Even if it turns out your as useless as me at this you aint a lot out of pocket. EVERYONE LOVES ME PLAYING Lol. Buy one and have a go

It doesn't work!
Nice, sturdy product but it doesn't work when you try to play it. All 3 of us tried to play and we couldn't get a sound out of it despite reading the instructions many times over.
