WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY
POOR QUITY, CARBON STEEL WILL RUST.THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT WITH THE KNIVESFood such as onions,garlic, artichokes and cabbage encourage a black patina. If you do cut these items and want to prevent the patina, rinse your knife under running water directly after use.AVOID ACIDIC FOODS IS POSSIBLE THEY PROMOTE RUST.

You need to take care of carbon steel
For those complaining about rust or tarnish have you forgotten that you should take care of a carbon steel knife just like you have to take care of carbon steel pans? These knives are decent but they do need to be cared for by washing and then drying. Don’t leave water and if you are cutting something acidic or basic you should rinse well after. A slight rub with a vegetable oil cloth before putting away is also good.
