The handles and lock were not compatible! So I had to dispose of the lock and purchase a new lock at considerable expense.The idea of a toilet lock was for the flag on the outside of the door to inform persons that the room was engaged, there was no way the lock could have been activated to allow the flag to change from white to red as the lock was not the correct type as was not fit for purpose. Don't waste your money buy from another site.

I am sure this is a perfectly good product if you are a locksmith but otherwise do not buy this. The company who make it (Zoo) do not consider it necessary to provide instructions or post a handy video on YouTube. When you ring you speak to someone who can only apologise and offer to find someone who can talk you through over the phone. But that’s a fat lot of use as you can guess.
