Palm Sugar 17.6oz First World (Pack of 2)

I love it! A lot of reviews mentioned difficulty to break this sugar blocks. Try to shave it like you would shave block of cheese using knife (See picture). Shaved palm sugar is very easy to dissolved. Hope this helps!

Exactly as expected for Palm Sugar. Same brand/product as you find in Asian Grocery stores. As expected, this product is hard and is supposed to be sliced then melted in little water. This is the only sugar I use for Pad Thai. Very disappointed and unfair in negative reviews it was given, since this is exactly what I hoped for.
