Excellent for a person with a busy life style.
I can appreciate this DVD it is easy to follow the massage procedures, 97 minutes. It show basic full body massage including feet and do it yourself also neck and face. I'm not trying to become professional, just something to do in my spare time to help family and friends relax a little.....for once it don't have all that relaxation music in the background : ~ ) straight and to the point no poking around. last, the therapist is licensed, knowledgeable and is an educator...ENJOY.
