Good, comfortable cushion...but it's not perfect for everyone.
I have a 2018 Honda Accord Sport and for my personal tastes, I guess they decided to use bleachers as seats. I don't know what they were thinking. Anyways, I took the car to the upholstery place and what they did didn't work. So I went ahead and ordered this bottom cushion. I like it and it makes the seats noticeably more comfortable. Since it's the breathable cushion, it's not as soft as the regular one. However in our lovely Houston summers, you need all the breathability you can get.The cushion does have a decent weight, but I find it shifts around slightly. I move around in my seat frequently, so that may be the issue. Also, I don't know what they use as far as the fabric the bottom of the cushion and the side where it meets the top part . It seems like a weak point and I think it may start to crack down the road under constant use of getting in and out of the seat. Even more so where the stitching meets the top of the cushion. It's only been a week for me and I don't have any data to back that assertion. Try back in a year or so. Maybe two.Overall I do like it and it has helped a lot. It's not perfect, but it works for me. I have zero back problems or nerve problems. To me, Honda just didn't make a good, comfortable seat. I haven't had an issue with seat comfort until this car. You get what you pay for and you get good quality with this cushion, although I do think it's probably $25 overpriced. I think most people will be very happy with this cushion. Good luck and have safe, comfortable driving.

I like the seat and decided to keep it
Basically speaking, I like the seat and decided to keep it. It is well-made with a durable upper fabric and lower rubberized feel that grips the seat. I bought the large size for my large Toyota Tundra seats and it is a good fit. I was looking for a "long distance" seat to provide me with comfort as my wife and I are RV'ers and anticipate putting on many miles in the future. I am a tall, slim man at 6'2" with not much padding in the buttocks.I read many reviews on several seats and ended up purchasing this seat after reading a very well-written review from a Harvard student who reviewed and ranked several seats on the market and this was the seat he chose as his #1 choice. Initially, and for about 150 miles I stayed pretty comfortable. We drove 620 miles that day and stopped about every 200 miles so our butts could get a break. I did experience discomfort in the hip to knee contact points on both legs. It's the same feeling I get after about 30 miles without the seat and, like I said, I got about 150 miles before this achiness began. After the first rest stop of maybe 20 minutes, we'd drive again and I would start getting achey pretty quick. In addition, the cushion does sit you at least one inch higher, but this was not really a problem for the Tundra but found it to be a problem with my smaller Toyota Prius as I had to lay the seat back some to keep from bumping my head on the ceiling. For me, I think the seat is still a little too firm and could use a cut-out at the tailbone area. My butt did not get "hot" , but it did get sweaty after 100 miles. Also, if your seat has many adjustments in tilt, lumbar etc I would suggest you use them before you experience any discomfort as this was something I learned to do more of on the return trip 5 days later.I hope this review helps you like they did me. I will likely buy another brand seat that is softer, cutout for the tailbone and doesn't seat you so high up.

Significantly Reduced my Wife's Lower Back Pain
My wife has pinched nerves in the lower back that cause discomfort and pain when she sits for any length of time. Sitting in the car is particularly difficult because of the inability to shift position. She has two other sitting cushions, to include a lambs wool wedge prescribed by her physical therapist. Neither of those cushions provide her much relief. I wanted her to try the gel design as possibly the solution to her problem, and spent a lot of time researching cushions on the web. The Airmax cushion seemed like it might offer the best features, so I ordered one before heading out on a two-thousand mile drive to attend a wedding. I asked CONFORMAX to expedite shipping, and they did - it arrived just before we left. The construction is solid; it is a substantial cushion of foam and gel, covered by a sturdy woven fabric on one side that assists in keeping the cushion cool and a smooth fabric on the other that holds the cushion in place on the car's leather seat. The cushion is unobtrusive and fits so well that it looks like it's part of the car seat. It weighs more than I expected, another sign of good quality and substantial build. As noted in other reviews, there is no handle to grab when moving the cushion, but that isn't a problem in my opinion. The most important feature: The Airmax provides my wife with the additional support and cushioning that permits her to sit for extended periods without excruciating pain. She was able to make our road trip in relative comfort, and now uses the cushion at the dinner table as well. She loves this cushion!

Great solution for uncomfortable seat in my Subaru
I bought a 2017 Subaru Forester which has the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat on in any vehcile! After driving for 20 minutes or so it's just plain painful (this wasn't evident on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought the car!). This cushion was mentioned on an online forum so I decided to try it. Now I can drive for long rides with little discomfort. I'm 6'1" so it does bring me up pretty high but I just lower the seat to compensate. It fits the seat perfectly, adds a little bit extra length to the seat (my car has short seat bottoms) and doesn't move around very much because it's heavy. Worth the price and feels quality made.
