Anyone have issues with the propeller not pulsing no matter what mode it’s on it just constantly spins?

It does pulse just the propeller doesnt completely stop. Sine wave technology.

Can you adjust the pulse frequency?

There are preset pulse patterns you can select, and you can adjust the intensity, but not the frequency. You have to choose from their available patterns

What model is best for a 60 gallon saltwater tank?

I have a pair of SOW-8s in my 40 gal breeder and never use the higher flow settings. I’m guessing they would work great in a 60.
