Ambiance Aromatherapy Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser/Humidifier ::Wooden Base, Glass Cover, BPA Free Water Tank

It's been used now for 3 months, and it's still going strong. After buying a dozen of those ultrasonic aromatherapy diffusers, we hit the jackpot. This one is terrific, and don't let the small water well fool you, it lasts several days running an hour at the time. We use this one at bedside to fall asleep to aromatherapy and some humidity. It has not yet developed the staled water stench as others have. We add the oils into the small water well, and push the button and it runs. It's fairly quiet, and the steam from its top is just enough. We have thoroughly cleaned it twice since purchase, and this must be done to get rid of the oils residue, but not much more than that in terms of maintenance. We've also changed from filtered water to distilled water. Much better results, and less maintenance. Great product.8/14/2015 Unit update: I don't know whether this is still offered for sale, but it is still working fine in our house. Using distilled water and the soft brush to cleanse the base, it is the best aroma therapy unit I've ever purchased. Changed it to 5 stars.5/2/2014 - Update: Just when I was happy with this product and posted a glowing review, it died. I must have purchased a dozen of these in the past couple years, and this one turned up dead just like the others. It will not turn on no matter what we've done. My husband who's a great electrician took it apart, and it was still as useless as last year's garlic peel. Like all the other crap out of S.E. Asia, it is no good. Save your money and avoid buying crap from this corner of the world. I know, I know, we'll all be running around naked and homeless, but perhaps that's what it takes for us to stop buying inferior products time and again. Neither does my husband. shortly after the May frustrated review, Playing with this thing in front of the History channel he got it to work. well, it's been nearly a year since purchased, andIt's still working very well. I found out that if you use distilled water, you won't get the stale water smell caused by bacteria. I use a soft brush to clean the base, gently moving vinegar and water around, and let the base soak in vinegar and water for couple hours. This keeps the unit clean and working well. Actually of all the ones I've purchased, this one is sole survivor. I still, however, stand by the buyer beware thing regarding items from S.E. Asia.

The diffuser is very nice looking with a glass top and plastic bottom that looks like wood. It has 3 settings to for the different amounts of time to diffuse. It worked very well for the first few months and recently completely stopped working. Very disappointed in the product

This product worked for about 10 uses, and then would turn on but would not mist. My return window closed before I could send it back. Unfortunate, as it was a BPA free one, and I felt good about the product initially, as when it worked, it worked well!

I bought this because all the reviews were great and the price seemed right. Got it out of the package and got it going. Seemed great at first but all of a sudden just stopped working for no reason. I played with it for a bit and finally got it working again. Also, the light button does not work, only when you use the timer button. So it just seems defective. I can't contact the seller so I contacted amazon and they said I can return it but not exchange it. I thought maybe this one was just a fluke. anyway, that makes this transaction even more annoying. I was planning on loving it and ordering another one tonight but that will not happen now. So, my advice to anyone, don't waste the money... I plan to buy a few more of these because I love diffusing oils but this one is out... it does look pretty when the light and the diffuser decide to work though.So, I just wanted to update my review and give more stars because not only did Amazon make this transaction right, so did Welledia. Amazon refunded my money without me even expecting that, and Welledia is kindly sending me a replacement. With that said, They both did the very best at making something that was a complete let down to me and did everything in their power to try to make this right!! So with that said, I bought another diffuser from Amazon again last night (because I want several for different rooms) and it is a welledia brand also, just a different model. I really believe the one I had received was just a defective unit. It happens, and they both made it right so I am a very happy customer! Go amazon and welledia!! you don't get that great of customer service very often these days so I greatly appreciated that!!

Have had this for close to a year now and it still works perfectly. It diffuses well, but is never overpowering. I like that you can set it for different time intervals, and the water well holds enough to not have to fill it constantly. If I am using it consistently, I fill the reservoir every few days.

It is an okay diffuser but doesn't spew out vapor like I would like it to. Every now and then when I try to turn it on, the internal light blinks. I then have to unplug and plug in again for it to work.

I purchased this diffuser in January, after about a couple months of use it stopped working! Just saw the return "window" the company gives which is only a month. A waste of my hard earned money!!! I gave it 2 stars because in all fairness when it was working it worked well.

Works well and looks greatI love this product! The packaging is really nice. Soothing and relaxing! Great for creating a spa-like atmosphere. Easy to set up and use. The soft warm glow really cuts it for me and of course the fine mist with gentle aromatherapy infused into the air when essential oils are added. Perfect size and Beautiful design - not too large or obnoxious
