The stickers for the back of the clock don't hold the clock on the wall no more than one week,my clock fell and broke in half.

I requested guidance for placing the minute and hour hands so that they would hold stable and move only as time changes but didn't receive instruction per email. Directions on website were not not enough for correct placement. I know from an other purchase that the hour hand is bottom, minute hand on top of it and second hand on top of both, but what is the correct position for the small gadgets holding the hour, minute and second hand in place? I am sure it would be fine if I could figure out how to stabilize the hands on the clock so that they wouldn't just hang at the 6:30 position.
