Edition:144 Piece Set Do your kids pull apart your furniture and raid your linen closet to make forts? Here is an easy solution! Using a simple set of rods and ball joints, kids can easily create their very own fort. The different combinations of shapes and sizes is limited only by their own imagination! When done creating the fort, just throw a bed sheet over it (please don't use heavy quilts or comforters). No more tearing apart the living room or bedroom when your kids want a secret hideout. Now you can enjoy your living space uninterrupted by your little engineer's fort construction plans. This would make a PERFECT GIFT for a birthday or Christmas!

Not as easy as described to put together
I bought this for my six year old grandson's birthday thinking we could easily put it together fairly quickly but the sticks do not fit in the holes and I spent over 2 hours trying to put a fort together and I barely got half of it done. I don't know how they can say a kid can fit this together. I am very disappointed with this and do not recommend it at all. I am going to be returning this item and it is definitely not worth the $60.

JUNK!
Super disappointed!! I bought this for my two year old so we can build a fort, bc she loves to sit under blankets, but this thing is ridiculous! No instructions included, first off. Second, the connectors don’t properly hold the poles so I spent forever trying to finagle them together, only to constantly disconnect the pieces I’ve already put together... it just kept going back and forth. I needed to apply so much pressure to get these damn things together that my fingers and hands are sore and have started to get blisters!!Return already processing! Not worth $55. Save yourselves the time, money, and stress... get something else.

Parts do not fit
Most (~80%) of the rods would not fit into the sockets without serious effort (fit adult male here). Virtually impossible for kids to use.Pros:- Good forearm workout- If you manage to get them together, whatever you build will stay standingCons:- More tiring than fun- Kind of dangerous if you're trying to force these together or apart, and they slipOrdering actual Crazy Forts instead of this knock-off

I love the idea but....
My son loves to build forts so I thought this would be perfect. I loved the idea that it showed two kids using their imagination and putting it together but there is NO WAY they are putting them together. I spent over 30 minutes and only got 3 flat squares together (not even enough for a cube). You have to shove the stick into a hole in a ball (you'd think that would be easy enough) but I shoved and shoved and turned the ball to try different holes and it was almost impossible to get it in there. Four times I bent the stick pushing it so hard. I tried to pound it on tile but still no luck. After the 30 minutes I realized that it was going to take me hours to try to do this and my hands already hurt so we went back to sheets and chairs. Like I said I LOVE the idea and if the holes were a tad bigger to fit the sticks easily I would have bought a second one for bigger forts, but instead I'm returning it. :(
