Having used Photoshop Elements 7 for several years I needed to upgrade as the RAW files from my new Sony A77 were not supported in the older version. Given that the version 7 is well over 12 years old I was surprised how little the software had evolved in that time, however it is still one of the best out there and at this price was well worth the money.25You need to follow the download instructions very carefully and make sure you make a note of the serial number given on the Adobe site when redeeming. I had no trouble in downloading and installing the software other then the installation being mind numbingly slow (20-25 mins). I was also able to install on my laptop as well as the PC which was a bonus.Would recommend.

I purchased the download version and the links were in my Amazon software library immediately. Follow the instructions very carefully (it is easy to misread them) and you will be fine. If you don't already have an Adobe account you will have to create one before you can download the installer and get your serial number.The download and the installation worked perfectly.It is a few years since I update my Photoshop Elements and I was a little disappointed by the lack of noticeable changes to the interface or additional features for a hobby enthusiast photographer like myself. I am only really interested in the editing side of this software and it works very well as it always has for me.

I purchased this as a Fathers Day present from my daughter. followed all instructions and downloaded the application, I have not been able to install this after persistent attempts it either fails after a long wait or comes up with error code start again a waste of time and energy. I expected better wish |I could get my money back and buy a DVD copy, There seems no way of contacting Amazon to complain I have learnt a hard lesson

I purchased this as I was reluctant to subscribe to cc. However, as an amateur photographer with many thousands of photos, I found the software sadly lacking in it's ability to really process the images and a little simplistic in it's approach. So sadly I made a bad choice in going for this product and have since subscribed to PS CC.....

The key does not get you the software, you have to contact adobe with key to get serial number.

After being a bit suspicious of the low price, I tried it and it works! You get an instant entry in your Amazon downloads, containing a redemption code. Click on the adobe link provided and after logging in and entering the code, you get a serial number and a download link. This all worked OK and the program started up. You then have to open Elements photo editor and log in again to Adobe. Then click on 'licence this software', enter the serial number and that's it.Complicated maybe, but it works, and for a bargain price.

This wasn't terribly easy to set up but I did it in the end once I'd worked out what all the reference numbers were - don't lose them!The software is pretty good for the price, although GIMP is as good and is free.I though I was getting the video editor with this - there is a button on the home page for it but no, you have to but the Photoshop Premiere 2020 to get the video editor and you can't upgrade Elements 2019 you have to get the whole new thing. Pretty disappointed with Adobe for this.

Great product but when you activate using the key from Amazon on the Adobe link Amazon give you be sure to note down the serial number that appears on the screen as you will need to enter this when after installation when you press the edit icon. Other than that no problems - easy download and a great price!
