This grass grows, Period ! I had parts of my lawn that wouldn't grow grass for 12 years. Now I have a super lawn of green grass. I will buy it again.

Be warned. Title says 10,000sqft but bag and descript says 2,500sqft for overseeding. Huge disappointment.

Germinated in a few days and is growing strong after two cuttings. Before performance than another national brand.

Grows grass in galaxies where grass has NEVER grown before !!!!I mean, 15 years I've been mowing clover, weeds, etc... because no matter what I do.. condition, fertilize, weed kill... grass just never grows. In 7 days, I saw results and for the first time EVER.. I've got grass. My neighbors are so jealous !!!While it's a bit more expensive and it takes a bit more to cover, it works well.
