Lumbar is a brick and assembly is difficult
I received the package fairly beat up from shipping, but the product was in good condition - Not because there was bubble wrap or anything, just pure luck.Next was the assembly - 13 screws, not hard right? Wrong. The integrated nuts don't match up with the machine screws well. I have a strong arm and could barely get things tightened completely with the provided allen wrench and a pliers. I suggest a impact screwdriver, I didn't bust mine out but I strongly considered it.Finally the feel - Its a good quality, solid chair. That's the only good thing about it. I'm confident if I have this 40lb behemoth instead of a bar stool, I'd win in a bar fight. My main issue here is the adjustable lumbar support. Its not adjustable. Its a 5 inch plastic bulge with spring that allows for a 2" of movement. Its not removable or adjustable, and requires significant constant force to compress the spring. This made the seat unbearable to use due to lower back issues, and I had to get rid of it.Hope this helps someone!

You get what you pay for
So ya, some parts are missing, some are defective. Box came in pretty rough shape with holes in it and the main parts of the chair are scuffed and scratched in places.. If this were supposed to be a used product, I would consider “used - like new” to be false advertising. The overall design looks pretty, but I can’t in good conscience say that is enough to recommend this product. Was deciding between this and one that was $300. Looks like I made the wrong call...

You can sit in it, If you can put it together
Honestly this chair was a pain to put together. It was missing bolts out of the box and I had to go Lowes to get replacements. It was also kinda hard to put together. Thread locker they put on the bolts was very thick and I had to get out my T-handle Hex keys to get enough force on them to tighten down. Its not the most comfortable chair, but it gets the job done - If you can put it together.

This cha[r is great for long time sitting. Very comfortable. No problem with assembling. Good fit for any height or size. Look just like picture
