LITERALLY as described (word for word)!!
They are exactly as described but not @ all what i was hoping for. The scrunchies i normally buy are not available to me right now so when i seen these i thought that it would satisfy my needs but i was wrong. There is nothing wrong with the scrunchies other then a little smelly but once they aired out or washed theyre fine, im picky & only blame myself.
