This is not genuine Wen by Chaz Dean. The packaging/label is Wen but the contents are not. I've been a Wen user for 6 years and knew something was off when I pumped a bit in to my hand and the texture was off. Once it was in my hair and lathered up I knew I'd been swindled. Please don't waste your money!

I’ve used wen for years now and love the product. I’m confident I received either a fake or faulty product. The color, consistency, smell and texture are different and it’s leaving my hair greasy and flat. This isn’t the wen product I’ve known since it was released. I would t buy from this seller again
