This is top quality appliance pipe. If you look closely at the Home Depot cheapies you'll see they tend to narrow to about 1/2" at the neck. For high BTU appliances, like a tankless water heater, that restriction can cause mysterious problems that'll cost a Pro a lot of labor time to figure-out. Just pay the little extra and get a wide pipe, you'll save yourself a lot of heartache.

Great quality, price and seller. I bought 1 (36") 2 years ago when installed my tank-less water heater, no issue at all. This time a 48" for my cousin to install his tank-less water heater., feel safe about this product. The price is better than other and the seller is taking care of the customers.

[yellow hose in the picture]Changed to tankless water heater on the wall and all the store lines were too short. Didn't want to run more hard gas pipe so I tried this 5' long flex line. It worked great; easy to bend and straighten, and holds it's shape well. Connectors seem high quality and sealed easily with a little Teflon tape. It's made of stainless steel so I'm not worried it replacing hard pipes.It made the installation so much easier!!!

I bought and installed 3 of these, quality seems very good and have had no issues and no leaks (tested profusely using the soapy water method). Home Depot and Lowes didn't have shorter lengths and their pricing was nearly twice as high.

This 1" OD gas connector is perfect for installing Combi Boilers that require a larger 3/4" ID gas connector to maintain proper flow rate.It is excellent quality and bends fairly easily allowing you to align the tubing to the appliance.I would buy this again for my next installation of a combi boiler or tankless water heater.

We have a Home flex gas leak detector that showed gas leaks from behind the flare fitting. I am very experienced with gas/plumbing connections and was very disappointed with this hose leaking gas.

This is the second one I've purchased of this diameter. Used these on tankless water heaters which require a pretty large diameter connector. Needed about 199 CFH of natural gas and I believe this 18" connector will flow over 300 CFH. So life is good !.

Annoyed with the previous connector my plumber used. When I had to change out the water heaters, I couldn't unfasten the connector without destroying it. This has a "reusable" connector so I shouldn't have that problem again, which is nice considering I might have to replace the water heater again!
