I originally gave it a bad review. The results were blotchy, discolored, cracked, runny, streaked and so on.The main culprit was the weak instuctions, from the points of brevity & legibility both.Support was not much help either.I was just shy of total frustration and returning the product.But we instead resorted to much experimentation over the span of two weeks.After tens of experiments with the ink cartridge, the order of application of the included bottles, the drying times with and without our "not included" uv light, and distance of nail from print head among other variables..... we FINALLY got stellar results.If they had just spent the time to:1- Write the instructions by a native English-speaker2- Spent more time to delve into much more step-by-step details and advice.3- Had better online supportThen the experience could have been vastly less frustrating....We kept the device.

First off does not come with instructions then they send bottles of ink set but names are in a foreign language then asked to send they send basic never did learn how to go from a square to almond or another shape they got of design flaws then I had to pay to ship it back to get my money received on Dec 16 got refund Feb 19

I’ve had mines for about 2 years now and have not been able to do anything with it! Don’t print don’t wonna do anything! When I first got it I paid almost 2000 for it I wouldn’t pay not even 300 for this! All the instructions are also in Chinese! They do Nassau that type of ink here either

The media could not be loaded.  Fun prints. Able to upload personal photos. Prints in seconds drying time not said but I recommend at least 90 seconds in lamp. Takes time 7 layers to each nail. Photo included is play/practice on lunch break.
