You will love this book. Great book

Don't write too many reviews but I have seen Manny in his Youtube videos and at first, thought was going to be the same pitch of someone preaching Real Estate with a flashy car. But after watching numerous videos and seeing he knew what he was talking about and explained commercial investment correctly that I bought his book. Being in Houston I know the deal he mentions that he made money on. I have learned a lot from this book and helped me realize I was not looking at office buildings the way he is and that is why he has made so much money from them. I dumped all my SFR and focusing on being a contrarian. I have always gone against the masses and Manny's book helped me to see what new market I should focus on. Way to go Manny. Love to see someone go from nothing to multi-millionaire.

The biggest takeaway I had from this book is Manny’s advice to keep moving and not stay complacent. Don’t settle for mild success and hold your properties too long. Sell them and move on to the next deal. Never stop working and hustling to find the next deal. Sitting on a few properties will cap your wealth. I felt like the entire book was written for me. Manny is great at talking directly to you in a simple way that anyone can relate. Excellent book. I wish I had read this 5 years ago.

The book is interesting to read and to understand how real estate investors make their Money. The book is based on the contrarian style of managing real estate which is rather interesting, how can you still make money when the economy is doing bad and your competitors are as well?Note: don't expect to be able to build a real estate empire worth 100 million dollars but expect to know how he did it and find your own strategies that work for you.Note 2: the book is not written in a way a professional writer would recommend or write himself but rather in a way a non professional writer would do it, which makes it easy to understand and to read but not as exciting as those bestseller novels.Anyway, I think Mr. Koshbin did a good job at making his book motivational for others as well as making it instructrice and explanatory.For this price you can't be unhappy to get it, so if the subject interests you, get the book.

This book is helpful in providing an approach to growing a real estate portfolio and gets into the weeds a bit on how to know when to buy and sell as well as where to start and how to heat it up. Great insight from someone actually doing it.

I'm a real estate broker. This is a pretty solid book for everyone looking to buy real estate or get involved in the game.It's crazy how many people still cant distinguish a liability from an asset. This book is filled with little tips Manny uses to grow his real estate empire. Some of the biggest takeaways are 1.) market timing, 2.) adding upside, and 3.) creating valueAlthough this book might be pretty basic for a seasoned agent, I highly recommend everyone to read this prior to purchasing a home/ real estate.

Everything put in this book was great help. Please read with investment mindset. Understand this is a business with a increasing competition & advice added from the book’s grown my confidence for my on success.

Yes, it tells you how he did it. But with the market right now, I’m happy to afford a bathroom on a rundown skid row. I’m still broke.

I found myself enjoying every page of this short book. Being an investor in capital markets, I appreciate Manny’s candid telling of his rational investment strategy, his ability to keep emotions out of his decisions and staying smart and hungry. But most of all, I like his honesty. Here is a guy willing to share his secrets to inspire others. Way to go Manny. Your simple writing style was fun to read.

It's a very good read altogether. I like to learn from the experts and this book doesn't disappoint. There are various points that can be applied to the UK market. Only downfall is that it is more difficult to apply to UK market for buying larger portfolio as stated in the book. It is also worth knowing that Manny is also a very nice guy and has a good back story so also inspirational.

How inspiring I couldn't put the book down!! Going to build my $100 million plus portfolio. Thank you Manny K.
