I will preface this with the fact that I am 6'2" and ~300lb. This is the best so far. I have tried several other compact chairs and ones that say they will hold 300+ and they are shaky at best. You felt like you were balancing on a stick. This one,however, is amazing. I sat in it for two days while deer hunting with no problems. It sits high enough that it is easy to get in and out of without straining. The swivel was quiet and smooth. I even used it on some uneven ground and was still able to be comfortable. All of that and it weighs 3lbs and is small enough to fold up in a backpack. If you are looking for a compact swivel chair, I think you would be very happy. I have/would recommend to friends.

Just got this today. I wasn't expecting it today but here it is a day early. Nice. I just returned a couple these light weight backpacking chairs because they weren't comfortable. This one is and it looks smaller than the other two. It flexes back and supports my back. It will be perfect for fishing from the bank and packing to the beach when we camp in Pismo. Very happy initially. I'm 6'3" and 226 pounds. I plan to torcher this chair. And write another review after. I'm your average Amazon junky and paid full price for it and caught a little crap from my wife because she thought it was to pricey. I think this chair is going to be worth every penny.

hard to put together

Pretty comfortable and the swiveling is great but I would like at least for it to have another leg because it can get unstable sometimes if you swivel and face a direction that only has one leg pointing the same direction you're facing.

For a chair that costs $80, I was hoping for something far better. This is more of a stool really because to touch the back of the chair you really have to lay back a bit which makes the entire chair feel super unstable. I am not a small person, I am 6' tall and a little over 200lbs... Just sitting in this chair it feels really wobbly and when I rotate the chair it feels worse. I have 3 leg camping stools that feel more secure and that cost $25 each. I will return this item.

This chair is both strong and light. I love the fact that I can swivel from one side to the other when cooking on a campfire.

Pretty sweet camping chair. I think I will appreciate immensely the swivel once in the wild. If the chair can hold my weight over time remains to be seen, but the materials seem rigid and of high quality
