We got this because our coffee maker was constantly saying it needed to be cleaned using tap water. As soon as we started using this product the problem went away. Customer service was great, we had a problem with the lid after a couple of weeks and a replacement was shipped immediately. One thing to note, the 3.6L capacity is without the filter assembly installed.
