Love it!!!
Awesome product! Perfect for my growing family, I can cook so much at once! And As someone who cares a lot about the quality of food my family eats, I’m equally concerned with HOW it’s cooked. I like the Flat Top a lot because the grease spreads nicely to coat the food lightly and evenly. We eat a lot of vegetables and they’ve all tasted great when made on this. Cleanup is just as easy as they say and the customer service was great in answering my questions before buying.

Engineering flaw
After use for week product is not easy to use day to day. Cleaning is horrible. Heat is not evenly spread. It has engineering flaw issue. Middle hole should not be there. Once try to clean all mess goes below griddle and make more mess on stove. Return to vendor due to above reson. Be careful before placing order because you will return and you will not get full refund (20% less return). Thanks to Amazon for taking care the issue.

Despite any issues works as advertised
Well to start this does work as advertised. It is fun to cook on. It is truly very easy to clean. However I do have some design issues, it needs cross supports underneath to keep it from warping. As soon as you are done cooking in one area you need to turn your heat down or it twist and warps. Second issue is the grease trap. My first issue with this is this does not work if you have a 5 burner stove seeing how the grease will drip on the burner. And second even if you just have a four burner stove the grease still sticks to the bottom of the griddle and will run a little bit and miss the tray. And my 3rd issue also is part of the design the front has no raised edge so and liquid will just run off the front so you need it to be slighted tilted back. My personal griddle I welded in cross straps underneath and added a c channel grease trap to the front and plug welded the old holes shut. 5his works much better at keeping things clean and having a place to actually scrape the grease and food to.

Your electric griddle has nothing on this bad boy
I ABSOLUTELY love this. One of my greatest cooking tools I own, breakfast for everyone in one cook. Great for stir-fried food, cheesesteaks all over the place. Get it. The only problem with it, is I wish there was some sort of lip or something to keep liquid from spilling off the front, I’d love to be able to just dump a ton of hot water in it and let it boil off while I clean it, but since there is no lip or anything on the front to contain the water, it just ends up all over the place, regardless, this thing is worth every penny.

Durable High Quality Steel. That grease trap though
Just got my griddle, and I say I do like it so far. After researching how to properly season these griddles, I was able to use the correct oil and make my first round of bacon and eggs with no sticking or burning. I do highly recommend first timers to purchase a IR insta read thermometer to help adjust heat. My only complaints ( which have been noted by the company and is acceptable to me) is that the need for a front lip to help direct grease and oils into the trap, which now leads me to the trap. I feel it just too small. after cooking a pound of bacon the trap was near over fill and about to spill over. maybe I just had really fat bacon?? Cleans up really well though.

Heavy but worth it
I have worked with flat tops for over ten years and even had my own Wolf range in my last home. Our new home didn't have the room so we bought this as a cheap substitute. I've used it about twenty times so far and have a lot of opinions about it:First off, it's really heavy. Like around 40 to 50 lbs. Which is a good thing because that means less warping. All of the stove top flat tops warp in some manner, depending on your burner layout. It's difficult to maintain a constant even temperature when you have four to five burners, especially when they are different sizes. I was spoiled with the Wolf keeping a constant temp. This isn't the fault of the flat top, but it's something to be aware of. You will constantly be changing the temps of the different burners.I love the size of it. It takes up my stove completely but doesn't overhang. I expected more heat to come up from the sides but there isn't that much that escapes from the front. The grease trap is a kind of a joke though. There isn't room for the actual trap underneath, so you just have some holes that you need to avoid dropping grease in.This thing only warped while hot, and always goes back to flat when cool or evenly heated. It does seem to stain because it's abrasive. It's not a smooth surface, however things don't stick to it easily. My picture makes it look rusted, but that was just bacon grease.Overall I'm really happy with it. I love being able to cook my family's meal all at once. Ten large pancakes at a time is fantastic. And you don't need to worry about things dripping off the sides because of the slight warp to the middle where most of the heat is.I would definitely but this again should I ever need another one. One thing to keep in mind is where you will store it. It's edges are a bit sharp so I keep a towel on the ground and place it on it's side on the towel and then slide it between the fridge and cupboards.Hope this review helps

Didn’t work out
Bought this for my husbands Christmas gift and he was so happy. Unfortunately it smokes up the whole house until the fire alarms are blasting and is stained after the first use. Good idea but very expensive and now is just in storage

Awesome grill
This thing is heavy, solid, well-made... everything you want in a grill like this. It was delivered very quickly to Canada during COVID and we use it more than I thought we would. Make sure you have a spot to store it! (Ours is on top of the fridge).
