Laugh at yourself!
All of Loretta LaRoche's books and DVD's are excellent. I especially liked the DVD Humor Your Stress because I am of Italian decent and she talks about alot of Italian sayings and traditions. My mother, aunt and cousins enjoyed it so much. She reminds us to laugh at ourselves, especially thru these trying times. Remember to laugh, laugh and laugh again.

Humor Your Stress
This tape is an outstanding reminder about not taking life too seriously. She has excellent suggestions for dealing with common stressors and how to lighten up. I recommend it for anyone in a stressful situation at work or in their personal life.
