Industrial Vintage Metal Ceiling Light, Creative Retro 8-Light Fixture Chandeliers Semi Flush Mount Pendant Lamp

I love this light. It looks so good in our kitchen. Easy to install, but I remodel houses so I have experience, so maybe just ask a friend to come over a lend a hand. This product is sturdy, gives off good lighting and is a great size for a large room.

It was easy to put together, but did not come with the entire ceiling mounting brackets (it had half of a universal bracket and only 2 screws). We had to wait until we could get to the hardware store to purchase an entire bracket before we could install the light. Otherwise it's beautiful and I love it.

It’s gorgeous and I love it but building it was difficult. I’ve built lots of lights but this was huge challenge. I think if I had a second person it would have been easier. The screws that came to hang it were useless. Trying to make it flush to the ceiling with the lip edge was very hard. It took me hours to hang it. Wiring : the instructions don’t give you clear direction how to wire actual light I ended up going to you tube. In order to install to ceiling I used five inch screws to hold it at a distance I could get my hands in. Getting all my the wires jammed in and not pulled apart was a miracle.

Annoying to assemble

The light comes disassembled with a very tiny instruction sheet that is only pictures. There’s no insulation in the wiring section. Ended up having to take it to an electrician to have it wired properly.

Aesthetically this product is great. Putting the fixture together several of the nuts stripped, the wiring is at the absolute minimum requirement for the wattage and is aluminum wire not copper, the mount was bent and is not adjustable so if you want it to sit a specific directions you will have to rotate your junction box or purchase a separate mount that is adjustable (which is what I had to do). The only reason I did not opt to return this product; because I fixed all the issues as I wanted the aesthetics of it. So unless you're planning on completely rebuilding this fixture and purchasing the extra parts needed to mount correctly....don't bother.

Looks great. Hell to install.Each arm has its own wires, so you need to string each wire together to make the connection down to one. The 8 light equal 8 wire caps which won’t fit into the light box so you are forced to use electrical tape, not the safest, the bracket that was sent with it didn’t work so we had to get a new one. A total of 6 hours to install. Nightmare.

Great design easy to install very happy with that.
