There was no way to test whether it actually did what it said. It only had a blinking light. They might have convinced me if there was a way to prove that it was producing so many hertz. Anyway I put a 2-year warranty on it and just recently Within 2 months of the warranty being up I noticed small cracks on the electronic module that lowered down within the pitcher. There was maybe four or five cracks running vertically along the the edge of the unit so I decided to turn it in and at least get my money back. I couldn't tell if it worked. I think they need to make something to ensure that a person can test to see if it's actually functioning properly. That's one of the main weaknesses of this product. Blinking lights are not sufficient.

I used this for almost 2 years. I couldn't tell whether it worked and that was a problem for me. There was no way to test whether it actually did what it said. It only had a blinking light. They might have convinced me if there was a way to prove that it was producing so many hertz. Anyway I put a 2-year warranty on it and just recently Within 2 months of the warranty being up I noticed small cracks on the electronic module that lowered down within the pitcher. There was maybe four or five cracks running vertically along the the edge of the unit so I decided to turn it in and at least get my money back. I couldn't tell if it worked. I think they need to make something to ensure that a person can test to see if it's actually functioning properly. That's one of the main weaknesses of this product.
