This works great even with my vegetarian diet but would work with any diet. The protein part can be beans/etc. Great for work. I've lost 20 pounds in 2 months using this and moderate exercise. Easy to wash. I did have to purchase a casserole carrier so it would be easy to take to work (the size of the dish does not fit in regular sized lunch boxes). But it's been great for me. I can get all of my lunches ready for the week on Sunday. I bought 2 packs in order to do this. And the extra dishes I use for crazy days when I don't have time to cook in the evening. Love the product! Great concept! Oh, and they stack nicely in the refrigerator.

I have been using those plates daily for work for a few weeks now. I love them. They help me keep my portions the size they should be. You can use it on a microwave and the dishwasher with no major problems so far although the covers are starting to bend a little but so far without real influence. The biggest problem for me? I wasn't able to find a lunch bag that can actually hold those plates horizontally. A major annoyance but not enough to hold me from using this product.

Great for portion control. So easy to use. Easy to clean. Sturdy. Mine was way stronger than cheap flimsy plastic that others reported. It's a plastic plate. Don't expect much. The covers fit ok. Is never use it for liquids. These are great for leftovers. I can portion out my food for the next day. These even come with an awesome, reusable eating guide to help you make healthy food choices. Love the idea and provides constant and consistent reinforcement of portion control. So easy to “innocently” fill a plate, but the dividers remind you of the recommended/appropriate sized portion(s). I recommend and would buy again!!

Like these plates very much. They are well made and have covers, which makes transporting lunch much easier. The designated spaces will keep anyone who is using them on track for portion control. Because they came in a set of four plates, they can be used for more than one person at a time. Also, the price was right. I've seen portion plates at other retailers for much higher prices. Since they all work the same way, it makes sense to get the best product for the best price.

I like these plates because they are portion control. But the only problem that I have with these plates is that don't close. I usually take them to work. When I get to work my bag is wet because plate was open the whole time. I have pressed down hard or rotate it, but not is working.

We have had these for several months now and I am very pleased with them. I have been using them for my elderly mother who can only eat pureed foods. These plates help to keep the food from running together and helps me keep her potions correct. The lids snap on and off fairly easy. 'I wash them every day in the dishwasher and they have held up great. I plan to order another set soon.

It’s the perfect portion sizes for me that has helped in losing weight. American portions are just so big and this is a great reminder of what the sizes should actually be ! Highly recommend for individuals who want to start their weight loss journey.

My husband and I have been eating healthy and then the next thing to tackle was the portion control. These plates are great. They break down everything for us and are dishwasher safe. We haven't used the plastic lids with them though so I can't really comment on that because we use them as supper plates.
