Nice quality and soft; but runs a little small
The shirt is nice quality and actually soft, so don't be deterred. I wear medium shirts, both polo and T-shirts. I bought 3 different T-shirts on Amazon, and all had a branded tag "anvil". All 3 fit exactly the same...a little small. Length was nice but the armpit area was really tight. Returning these and will buy one large to try out the size.

I recommend that the vendor state this as it would ease ...
This was a gift and was well received. As it is 100% cotton, I fear it will shrink, but the next size up would ha e been HUGE on this person. If the cotton was pre-trial, I recommend that the vendor state this as it would ease the buying process a bit. So far, I am happy with the quality but it has not yet been laundered. He is not the type to hang it to dry....

Nice but snug
Nice quality feel shirt, good looking print.Fit more snug than all my husbands other xl shirts. Returned for a bigger size.
