There are a few important things to note about this. The spring at the back is very thick and hard. It takes a lot of power to open it. Practically, I'll have to fix it to my back pack strap before putting it on. This is a good thing in a way as the camera will be more secure and less prone to slip but it also makes it less flexible. This was actually mentioned in the product description that it may need to be operated with both hands.The second thing I like about this is that the distance between jaws when fully open is around 3cms. This gives more options of surfaces where this can be placed.Last but not least, the plastic is fairly thick, the mount feels heavy and sturdy and though not elegantly finished (that's true for most action camera accessories right?) I feel that I can rely on it without fearing that it would snap (something which a common worry when using cheaper accessories that come in multi-accessory packs).I do believe though that an accessory like this even with the better quality should not be more than £5 which in my opinion is the only negative.

Clips to anything. The grip is very tight so watch your fingers and thus is securely attached to whatever you clip it to. Great price also. Recommended.

Strong clip

The clip is one of the sturdiest I have come across. Yet to have it fall of my bag strap which fills me with alot of confidence when out and about. Fantastic product

Bought for backpack mounting action cam for mountain biking, seems perfect, gives perfect pov and is strong and secure. Good for the price.

It’s ok. I think the clips a bit tough to handle if your on the move.I tried taking it on and off during the three peaks challenge and struggled a bit.It didn’t have as much movement as I would have liked either

Good product and a partical solution. Perfect for walking camera capture. Only small negative (although potentially a positive) is the clasp is very 'stiff/solid' making it hard to attach but peace of mind for sturdiness.

A very strong product looking forward to using it on holiday. I thought it was going to be very flimsy but I was wrong.
