The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide Paperback – Illustrated, January 1, 2015

I was happy that this book was brought to my attention, since my hubby was diagnosed with celiac's nearly 12 yrs. ago. After looking through the recipes, I'm anxious to try several that appear to simple & good!

I haven't tried the recipes yet, and I hope they are good. The cover photograph is beautiful, but the entire book is black and white. The pictures aren't alluring because they aren't in full colour. For the price of this cookbook, I would have expected glossy paper and colour throughout, not just on the cover page. I hope the recipes are worth it....UPDATE So now I've tried the cookies in the book. Don't waste your money on this cookbook. There are plenty of free recipes on Pinterest that are much better than the ones in this book. I'm wondering if they were proofread? Some don't have a leavening agent in the ingredients. I'm wondering if anyone tested them other than the writer. The doughs are very sticky and soft, making flat cookies much of the time. A waste of ingredients and a waste of money on the book.

I am biased, this is written by my niece. I gave it to a friend who's Downs daughter has celiac. The recipes sound scrumptious and I like Brianna's explanation of when to use what and what alternatives work well.

I have to stick to a gluten free diet, and any cookie recipe I can get is great!

Best roll out sugar cookies ever! They are amazing and better than any gluten or gluten free sugar cookies I have ever made.

Every recipe I've tried has been fantastic! The Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies are probably my most favorite cookies ever. All of Brianna's recipes have turned out splendidly for me. I often recommend this book to anyone who is gluten-free.
