Only 3 years old and parts are not available any more.
We bought a Triaxe Tour in April 2019 and have already had to replace the control box one time and now it is out again and parts are no longer available for this model. So we have a $2200.00 scooter that doesn’t run and can’t be fixed. Make sure the manufacturer of a scooter is going to back up their product.

Good product
Expensive but very handy for older people who are mobile and like to be independent. Batteries are very expensive but last a long time. Easy to use but had problems with the off and on switch on battery that only works some of the times. Gets stuck in on position

Great Little Travel Scooter!
I purchased my Triaxe directly from the vendor as I had purchased from them before and was happy with them. Upon receiving the scooter, there were a couple of adjustments I had to make. A spring screw had to be adjusted for the luggage rack, and the disc brakes needed adjusting, too. Top Mobility did not return my call regarding this matter, but in their defense, I had been one of those pain-in-the-butt customers, changing my mind about options, etc. However, I called Enhance Mobility, the company that imports these scooters and honors the warranties, and they were very helpful! They sent me videos on how to makes the easy adjustments. I am having no issues going up hills or on grassy areas. Gravel is a little problematic, but I can still get through. I didn't buy it for off-roading. I have another scooter for that. I am chubby, but not obese, and that may may a difference on how the scooter handles...The scooter is heavy duty, much better than my last travel scooter! It folds up to the size of a large rolling suitcase. It is too heavy for me to lift by myself, but with a friend it's no problem! I am exploring folding ramps for when I am alone. Easily fits in a trunk or even a small SUV.It LOCKS!!! Most of the very light travel scooters do not have keys and locks!!! This turned out to be a huge problem for me as many of the exhibition halls where I use a scooter have nothing to which I can lock a bicycle lock. I didn't know my last one didn't lock when I bought it, and when I first got it I didn't think this would be a problem. It was the reason why I bought the Triaxe!I haven't been able to kill the battery yet -it seems to go forever! Very fast, which I like. If you don't want a fast scooter this one's not for you!I got the 18" wide seat and am glad I did! I am not huge, but that 13" seat would have had my rear end spilling over the edge. The seat does not look comfortable, but it is! The back goes right up against my lumbar area. The wheels in the back are pneumatic and the front solid wheel has a shock absorber. My last travel scooter had solid wheels all around, no shock absorbers, and I felt every crack in the sidewalk. The Triaxe is pretty comfortable for long days! So, my only real issue with the Triaxe is that I need help getting it in my car. My husband has no issues lifting it and stowing it for me!Update: I have indeed had issues going up very steep driveways and hills! I previously tested my Triaxe on moderate hills, having no problems. However, the solid front tire and front wheel drive cause the scooter to spin out when trying to climb steep hills. For the record, while I am a little overweight, I am not obese, so it's just the design of the scooter. On the other hand, I haven't been able to run the battery down at all, the speed is great, even slightly terrifying (which I love!), and it's easy to get in and out of my forester if I have another person to grab one side. Would buy it again!
