I normally don't review products that often but this I had to. I am an Emergency Trauma Registered Nurse with a rotating shift (days and nights) and it is often hard to sleep especially during the day, I have tried everything but my room can never get dark enough. I have tried other mask but they ether fall off or are uncomfortable. When I found this product I bought it thinking why not give it a try. Well I can say this this is literally life changing. It is exceptionally comfortable, and it doesn't move or leave imprints on my face. once aligned correctly It completely blocks out all like and makes falling to sleep super easy. Love IT!!!!

Best mask I've even owned. And I've gone through a few. Having to sleep during daytime hours is tough, but this product blocks out any and all light. Plus it's comfortable and easy to adjust. Stays secure on my head until I wake up, unlike other products I've tried. And I love that you can adjust the eye pillows to get a more custom fit. PLUS! It's a godsend as a woman that it saves my eyelashes from being smushed. It's nice to be able.to open my eyes while wearing the mask which is comforting to know that I'm not doing any damage to my eyes by putting any added pressure on them.

I loved the construction and quality. It is thoughtfully put together so that is is lightweight but solid and secure. Also it is pitch black which is necessary for a "light sleeper" like me. I've had several sleep masks and use them on plane flights, when needing rest during the day, during rest breaks on long drives and at night. This one takes the cake! Why? It is so sleep inducing for me - and I don't use the ear plugs - that I've been almost been late for two appointments while using it (one was to discharge my elderly father from a rehab facility - made it just on time though). I guess that would be what I don't like - it is too darn good. Have an alarm handy when you use this one. Kudos to the makers! You've helped me solve a major problem (my last one was great. A different brand. Got lost. This is even BETTER than that large "monstrosity" and without the bulk on one's face.

I agree with the other reviewers that it's very soft and comfortable and it completely blocks out the light. But, the mask has a very strong chemical-like odor! Why? What causes that? Has anyone else experienced the same problem? Can the odor be washed out? Thanks.

Hi, I just got this. I have been trying to find a good sleep mask that wont press on my eye, eyelid or lashes. You have no idea how many I have gone thru or tried. I think that this is it! Finally! It's a Christmas Miracle...12/19/18 I think I may have spoke a bit quickly. I was having trouble sleeping on my side and positioning it right over my eyes and nose without a lot of pressure. Could have just been the day. So I will try it again in a day or so. I will post back here. The concept is good however.

Wow this is one great sleeping mask! I work overnights so it is a little rough to sleep during the day. This mask is very soft and comfortable. I sleep on my sides so usually sleep masks irritate my ears a little, but not this one. It is totally adjustable so you can make the band tighter or looser, you're preference. Same goes for the eye coverage. The cushions are wide enough and deep enough so you're eyes are not brushing on the material. The cushions are also adjustable, they can be moved closer together or farther apart for better coverage. At least for me once all adjustments were done it totally blocked all light out! Here is an added plus. My wife snores like a wood chipper sometimes, paired with some decent ear plugs this mask helped muffle some of that out! You know what all that adds up to for me? ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Best eye mask I've ever used! Saw this and had to try it. The memory foam cushion around the eyes is so comfortable! The light pressure from the cushion is relaxing and helps me sleep. The adjustable velcro head band is comfortable as well. With my previous eye mask the unused velcro would scratch on my pillow and wake me up. This one is designed well and I have no problem with it. There's a little covering for the bridge of the nose that helps block out light. In the middle of the day I can wear this mask and it's completely blacked out. Outstanding product!!

This mask does it all! I love the adjustable pads inside for the eye sockets! Too cool to be able to move them to accommodate close-set eyes or wide-set eyes! The soft cloth wrap around the ears actually muffles some sound for me...I was used to masks that go over & behind the ears, but love the fact that my ears are covered too! The only potential cons for this mask that some people might find are that is isn't the airiest mask, nor the lightest in weight. But the sleep I get with it is amazing!

I've bought several sleep masks on Amazon before this one. They typically start out OK but the strap starts to stretch and the fabric on the mask starts to seperate. I was needing a new mask every three months. I finally decided to spend a little more to see if I couldn't find a mask that would last longer and bought this one. Disclaimer: I haven't owned it for long so I cannot say with certainty that it will last. What I can say is it appears to be made with much higher quality materials and it feels like it should last a long time. I was a bit sceptical about the design, particularly the eye cups. I'm a side sleeper and I thought they would feel bulky and uncomfortable. They do take a little getting use to but I've been amazed by how much light they block out. Literally everything. I've had no issues falling asleep with them. If I were a stomach sleeper, however, I would not be OK using these, at least with the eye cups. That's the nice thing with these is that you can remove the eye cups, if you wish, and just use the traditional mask. If this mask does not hold up I'll edit this review in the future to reflect that. But, so far, I love them.

This is a knockoff of the Manta Sleep Mask as the description makes reference to features of that product which are not actually present here, ha.Unfortunately, the missing features (anti-slip gel pads and elastics on the straps) are a real detriment (you'll need to over-tighten the straps for a secure fit).Regardless, the mask is quite effective at keeping light out in even the brightest of conditions. And, the extra eye pads are a superb value.

I initially did this review a few weeks ago and gave it 5 Stars. It's well built, shuts out all the light and will last a long time. However, since using it, I've discovered that I personally can't sleep with it. I tend to turn a lot at night and don't stay in one particular spot. I find that the mask is very bulky and not suited to active movers. It's difficult to sleep on your side with this masks due to its bulk. It's thickness is an attribute, yet for me, it's discomforting to sleep on my back the entire night. Great for back sleepers - not so much for floppers. I have tried a few sleeping masks in the past and have always disliked the mask being directly against my face and not being able to open my eyes comfortably. This contoured mask definitely fixes that issue, you can comfortably open your eyes and since the mask is not directly against your face it is breathable, a feature that is a must on hot summer nights. In terms of light blocking efficiency, this mask works very well and for my particular face blocks all incoming light. The sleeping mask also comes with a nice cloth carrying pouch for travel, and a pair of reusable earplugs. Another useful feature is depending on your environmental noise levels, the mask does provide some basic noise isolation since it wraps around your ears.

Forget the veil-style masks out there. If you are looking for total darkness and comfort at the same time, you need this kind of cup-style foam mask, which are basically earmuffs for your eyes. Build quality is very much premium. The velcro band is the correct design to control tightness. The best feature is being able open your eyes while experiencing no change in darkness. I actually tried wearing these in full daylight. Keep in mind that you won't experience total darkness if you're wearing this outside in the sun. However, this isn't due to any shortfall on the part of the mask. This is due to a small amount of light seeping its way through your skin, creating a vague red glow which is the same with your eyes open and closed. In the end, this is a much bulkier mask than your typical cloth mask, and so it comes with its own cloth carrying bag. If you can spare the tiny bit extra storage space on your travels, then this mask is a complete home run.
