Awesome water based Pomade.
The hold and scent on this one is amazing

Not truly water based??
After 2 showers i can still smell the product, and unlike many others i dont mind the scent. But this is meant to be a water based pomade and typically you are buying water based so that it washes out. Hopefully it doesnt cause acne. Otherwise it holds well, goes in easy.

Awful smell but a decent pomade
I really wanted to love this pomade. I really enjoy Lockhart’s, but this the worst thing I’ve ever bought from them. The pomade itself does it job decently, but the smell is disgusting. It smells like an old lady’s perfume. Nothing fire and brimstone about it… unless you envision yourself burning in a pew while smelling an old church lady’s signature scent.

The Smell..
So my husband loves the hold and feel of this pomade, he's used this brand before and likes their other products. The smell however is - I kid you not - the EXACT smell of an incense shop. Any shop you're going to go into that has incense, crystals, smudging materials.. yeah it smells like that. WAY TOO WEIRD and not at all as described by the makers. The smell is a deal breaker but the ease of application and hold was great.

This makes you smell like an old man. I don't know how else to describe it. It is not a pleasant smell

Great scent and hold
Good looking can. You need very little to get a great result and the scent for “fire and brimstone” is delightful. Highly recommend

Great Smell & Hold
Love the smell when my barber showed me this. The hold is pretty decent, yet you can still manipulate it throughout the day if needed. Easily washes out with water.
