with Desert Tan Handle & Black Blades by Rescue Essentials

so far these are great. ive only had them for 20 min. though. ive cut lots with them though. they will definetly do what there supposed to. the only thing i dont love (its not a problem though) is they used a rivet instead of a screw, so if they get loose theres no adjusting them. but i guess you could drill out the rivet and put in a screw.

These were awesome. I work at a very high volume emergency department and these shears outlasted other shears. Why only 3 stars? Because I have ordered a lot of EMT shears over the years from the Internet and what was promised by a vendor is not what I see in the box. Amazon needs to do a better job policing its vendors. These shears exceeded my expectations. Not sure if someone can buy what I bought what I did.

These cut well for a foreign made off-brand, and I would purchase again. If I loose them or they wear out the price to replace them isn't bad.The finish looks like it will wear off in a few spots over time, but overall this is a quality product at a good price.

got this for my small trauma kit I put together. have not used it yet but it looks to be of the same construction as the two other pairs of EMT Shears I have used for years. there is not much you can not cut with these.

The handle is not "Desert Tan", definitely just black. Finish is poor with plastic chunks hanging off the grip; painted and already chipping. Made in Pakistan, allegedly stainless. I think it is worth what you pay for them; I will use them.

Decent trauma shears, i wanted a military look, these have that! A close match to flat dark earth. Good for cutting off clothing, etc - pretty blunt for anything more precise.

These seem to be an ok pair of shears, but they really look like crap. The handles are not tan at all like it shows in the picture. It is more of a brown/yellow, almost like a fake gold color. There are hairline cracks all over the handles as well. I'm not going to have these visible on my gear, so it doesn't really matter, but I still would have liked something more aesthetically appealing.

I was a little disappointed in these shears as they are not quite as beefy as an unmarked(unknown source) pair I already had.They were as advertised and seem to work well.
