My feet were rough and peeling like crazy as they do all the time. I had a Dr prescribe me something years ago that kind of worked on the peeling, but the cost of continued use and the small amount prescribed at a time made it a pain to use. The AmLactin just worked so much better and the size of this bottle will last for a while so the value is much better. I couldn't be happier. It seemed to absorb just fine. The only caution would be that when I was using it 2x a day and put it on at night and then showered in the morning, the bottoms of my feet were very slick getting into the shower for a couple minutes. As the title of my review suggest my feet went from somewhat of an embarrassment to something I have no problem having out in the open. The skin looks so much better and feels so much softer now. I will definitely keep using it. As far as the smell people are reporting, I can smell a slight odor when I apply it, but it's on my feet so the only time I smell it is when I apply it.
