Basco Classic glass shower enclosures enhance the look of any bathroom with bypass shower panels free from aluminum framing. Both 3/16 inch glass panels move within the enclosure. One panel includes a pull handle for one edge of the glass and the other panel has a towel bar that wraps around the panel. All Basco shower enclosures are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for installation of the shower enclosure. To reduce water we recommend placing the interior panel to be positioned closed to the shower head. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. Tools needed to install the door are: Tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill,7/64 inch, 1/8 inch, ¼ inch drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16 inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended) Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. Package was damaged a d all the 4 brackets were bent

Very Disappointed, Cheap quality for the money
First, The package arrived damaged, one of the track brackets were bent. I e mailed the company and never received a response. thankfully my husband was able to bend it back into shape but it almost cracked.We paid $750.00 for this shower door set. Very disappointed in the quality. The metal components are very lightweight, looks and feels cheaply made.We ordered oil rubbed bronze color. The color was an ugly gold. Looked very cheap. My husband spray painted all the metal black, made a huge difference.The only positive was the glass doors themselves. We ordered the rain glass. The glass itself is pretty and a good thickness and quality

Very helpful parts department
We are very happy with this shower door - the color - the size - everything is done well. We did have missing parts and a bottle of touch up paint - spilt. Basco parts department is shipping out new parts and the touch up paint. Thank you for very good service and quality products. LB

Nice look
I like the towel bar on the door but that door is pretty wobbly.

Shoddy Craftmanship and difficult Installation
The saudered logo is upside down and backwards which really makes the product look shoddy. Also, the installation was very complicated for the average person. Our opening is 40 1/2 inches and there is very little room to enter the shower the way the door is made. You literally have to turn sideways to get in. With that said, the shower door overall looks nice and seems sturdy, especially for the money.

Did not receive what I ordered
I was so happy that this product shipped so quickly and arrived undamaged. Once we opened the package, we were disappointed that we did not get the obscure glass that I ordered. The clear glass model was shipped. I did not want to return as the obscure glass was shown as no longer available on the website. As previously stated, the package arrived undamaged but we were missing the anti jump pieces that protect the glass doors from falling off of the track. The part packaging didn't match the names or part numbers that were listed in the directions making it slightly confusing when putting together.Aside from the missing components and the wrong glass, the door looks nice once installed.

Frustrating missing hardware
The enclosure arrived intact, but missing the hardware. Tried to call Basco directly, but told I need an order number the Amazon seller sent to Basco to confirm my order before they will send out a replacement. The only problem, I can find any way to contact the Amazon seller directly! I planned to have the installation done before out of town guests arrive, but that will no longer be an option. It’s very frustrating. Marked as 3 stars while I go through the process to get hardware. Hopefully, they monitor reviews and will reach out.
