This chair has a few bad reviews. I want to say my chair came perfect.It's pretty comfortable.It has features not included in the description like the ability to rock and the ability to move the armrests back and forward swivel left and rights as well as move them upside down.I'm a little under 6 feet 180 lbs and I have never felt unstable in this chair, reclined all the way back, even when I'm rocked back with a bit of force.After a week of having this chair I'm impressed by its features, comfortability, and the price.

Bought it for my 17yr old son that's is always sitting at the computer or playing PS4. So far the chair is very comfortable and he likes the pillow for head neck support. I have bought a lot of game chairs/ office chairs and he says this is the comfortable one. The others they took a awhile to get situated on. When I received it the box was open on one side but everything was there. I have put alot of chairs together before so the instruction pictures where no problem. I haven't come across a chair with perfect instructions yet, so I think everyone chair maker needs to improve on that. I did no have a problem whatsoever on putting together, everything fit in place. The material was perfect no flaws. The reclining position with foot stool is great when need it per my son.

I really like this chair, I'll start off with that. So far comfort is much greater than the chair I replaced. Unfortunately mine came with the front side of the seat pierced or defected. I hate paying so much for something that is flawed. It's very visible at all times and I planned on streaming in this, doesn't look good.Assembly instructions are missing information and you're kind of left to fill in the blanks.I'm just sad mine is defective, with my disability I can't really disassemble and send it back without a ton of pain.I might end up sending it back soon regardless

I received the chair to today, unwrapped it and noticed that there was a cut in the back rest(Photo1). Okay decided to put it together. Under carriage went okay, went I went to install the back rest. I found no holes where created to pass the bolts through into the back of the chair. (picture 2). Checked the YouTube for instruction and sure enough other chair backs had the holes in place. Had to find the steel plate mark the location and melt the vinyl as to not have it tear later. Got the chair together went to add the foot rest. When you remove the half brackets to add the foot rest and go to position it back in place you notice that since the steel bar is not true, it is next to impossible to get the bolts in and if you can torque it into place to get the bolts in when you look at the chair the foot rest is cockeyed. You can see from photo 3 the space between the bracket and the steel bar, it is supposed to lay flush. Trying to move the foot rest is a challenge itself, and when it is out it only hurts your calf muscles since it does not extend out far enough.While melting the plastic, to be able to attach the back of the chair to the seat, I noticed that the material vinyl is extremely thin. From the photos you might think that this chair is okay since it is priced upper middle. Yet when you receive it you will notice there is no quality control in the product, it fits together like I was building a prototype in garage. I mean how does it get shipped with not having the holes created to attach the back to the chair. I am a very handy person with a ton of tools I was able to get passed it yet others might not. Further the back has a cut in it...I am very disappointed in the product and now have the challenge of trying to return it. You give up hard labor to put it together and there is no way you will be able to re-box it into the same box for one the wheels lock in and don't come back out.Ouch!

Instructions are garbage ! I wasn’t given enough screws to put the covers on the side ! . Great chair besides that

This chair is great for everyday use. I had an issue where the plastic base broke unexpectedly and reached out to the seller who immediately sent a new, metal base to replace the broken piece. Very comfortable, sturdy and supportive chair!

when i finally got the chair put together it works great but the instructions didnt have any words just pictures of how to put it together which became very fustrating

Great for the money. Not the best chair I've ever been in, but not bad at all. The lumbar support and head rest are very convenient.
