Texere Men’s Luxury Terry Cloth Bathrobe - Fathers Day Gift (EcoComfort)

Just gave my husband an early Christmas present because his much loved robe is falling apart after many years. He is very pleased--he's a big man, 6'1" and 240 lbs, and it (LG/XL)wraps around him perfectly. It's a little lighter weight than his old one, but soaks up water better. I washed it first--there wasn't much lint and it dried quickly. I'm glad I took a chance on this purchase.

I was looking for a luxurious robe that would be practical for everyday lounging around and occasionally putting on after a shower or bath. This is perfect. Very soft. Heavy but not hot even in the southern USA. Texture looks like a blend of velour and terry cloth but feels like a very very soft cotton. I'm 6'5" 215 pounds and surprisingly the XL is just right in size if not a touch too big. May be too wide of a wrap for some people. I chose this after I ordered a different brand combed microfiber that just wasn't quite right -- it was too thin and awkward fitting. This one is very comfortable and I'd order again if it went missing.

I ordered the large/extra large. I am 5 foot 11 in, 260 lb, with 49 inch chest and 40 inch waist. This wraps around me perfectly, comes down my arms just short of the wrist, and comes down my legs just short of the ankle. It fits exactly as the picture.

Nice and heavy, hangs like a fine wizard's cloak. Soft and sleek but stoic as a velvet curtain at the end of a tragic Russian play.

This is an amazing robe. Exactly the robe I wanted. BUT, and this is very important buyers. The robe is EXTREMELY large. I'm a WIDE guy, so ordered the L/XL. HUGE! Had to send it back. Amazon return worked great! Then reordered in the S/M. Nice and big, wraps around perfectly, warm, absorbent, even has a little stretch in it due to the bamboo. Great Robe. Order the L/XL only if your are 250 pounds or more, and have a waist size of, let's say 50.

This robe met all my expectations .... quality fabric & workmanship (made in China) .... my question when I ordered it was what size .... when you see the sizing chart, there is only two sizes .... no comments defer to how they chose which size they chose .... all said 4 - 5 stars ,,,, from what I saw, I fell between both .... I opted for the L/XLG .... for all out there here is my size measurements .... waist 42", chest 44", ht 5'-9", wt 175 .... so you can see I straddle between the two .... so L/XLG fit for me is that sleeves down to the wrist, bottom to floor is about 6" & the wrap around overlap is about 12' .... this is a bit large but I like it because I could use it as a lounging robe on chilly nights .... the bamboo/cotton fabric is more nappy than a true terrycloth & the piping adds a little class.

I got this as a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend. He had been looking at bamboo or organic cotton robes for a while.This robe looks great, I got him the burgundy one. One thing you can't really see in the picture, is that it is lined with a thin black satin along the collar and the cuff of the sleeve. (as in the pictures) This adds to the sharpness of how it looks. I also got it monogrammed with his "Pet name" at a local shop. The lady there also really loved this robe and was complimenting it.He loved the robe and says it is very soft. I truly think he looks very sexy in it.

Needed to provide user height in the size descriptions. Mine is the right girth (5'-9"; 185 lb) but cut for a 6' tall man. The top belt loops are about 2 inches too low for me. Other than that I am well satisfied with the quality and find the fabric to be weighty, plush, soft and absorbent. Holding up well after 9 1/2 months of daily use and monthly laundry.

this is supposed to be a large size. It may be large for a chinese person, but it barely covers the backside of a 6 foot englishman,
