the book is written so everyone can understand. author helps to elaborate your own business plan via "work spreadsheets"- very effective!

Very good beginner resource
This is not the ideal book, but if you want to start writing a business plan, it is VERY helpful.And it is not only for start-up companies - even existing companies can benefit from a solid business plan.It could use some updating (I bought it two years ago), but the foundations seem sound and well-done. If you go the full course, creating Excel tables etc., the future of the business you dream of creating should be more clear in front of your eyes, and you should be able to answer most questions an investor would throw at you.N.F.
